"The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. When we arrived, the host was there to greet us and give us the tour. They provided snacks, a lovely bottle of wine, coffee, and stocked the fridge with half and half. It was so thoughtful! There were plenty of extra bath towels which we appreciated, and a lot of things for the beach - beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, scooters, a wagon, etc. They also had a lot of fun games and movies for the kids. The washer and dryer worked wonders...

"Adorable little cottage, walking distance to Redondo beach, Well stocked kitchen. Wendy was a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. Outdoor seating areas were adorable and nice in the morning and evenings to relax. We would come back!"

"Cute and quiet little place that was perfect for my family of 4.Host was very responsive and check in/ check out was uncomplicated. Just an FYI, there was not a washer/ dryer at the property. "

"Perfect little beach bungalow!! Wendy is wonderful! Our go-to spot for our yearly sibling get together. Beautiful setting! Short walk to the beach and pier. "

"Great stay in a lovely and very well-equipped cottage. The house had everything we needed for a stay of 7 days as a family with two kids. The location was, although not that close to the sea, in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. The house in itself was cosy and had a wonderful atmosphere. We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed a home away from home."

"Excellent location for family vacation at Universal, just a 5min drive. We got pizza at the nearby pizza restaurant and enjoyed it in the backyard oasis. Loved the “secret” room downstairs, teens were able to go hang and enjoy their time downstairs. "

"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck. Don’t bring your kids here! No...

"Great place to stay for the weekend. But the home was not very clean. There were sticky dirty stains on the kitchen floor. The silverware and some pans in the drawer had food stains. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. The top linen on the beds was dusty. I thoroughly cleaned everything before I let my kids walk around and start using the home. There...

"I enjoyed our stay here. I loved the pool and seating around it. Inside was nice. Lots of tiki souvenirs. I loved the location a lot. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. We went to the Cruel world festival at the Rose bowl. It took us just 15 minutes to drive back ! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"At den lå i bankforretningsområdet, men der var upassende typer rundt omkring hotellet. Hotellet er ikke allergivenligt pga. stærk duft, og at rengøringspersonalet ikke færdiggjorte deres arbejde ordentligt. Det er ikke et familievenligt hotel."

"I don’t know what it is about this hotel, but has an X-factor that no other hotels have (and I have stayed in MANY places all over the World. Staff is friendly, but I didn’t really interact with them that much especially since the main entrance is not where the check-in etc takes place. The location is good. Not because of the surroundings just outside - that is very tacky. But it is very close to the Metro, close to the studios, close to Melrose and Beverly Hills and easy to get downtown too. The reason that this hotel is among the 5 best I have stayed at is because of the ambiance. Main lobby area/bar i exceptional. Tastefully kept in a very god condition. And the pool area is top notch too. "
