"This location was perfect for my 5-day meeting at the LA Convention Center. I was able to take one 15-minute on-time bus ride door-to-door or a nice 30 minute walk to the Convention Center. The neighborhood has great inexpensive restaurants and the apartment is just blocks from a Whole Foods. Additional positives are that Mike was amazingly responsive, his place is exceptionally clean, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The pullout couch was fine as a bed. "Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!"

"There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access."
