Upon entering unit your are hit with a potent cigar smell with candles burning to cover up how strong the smell is. After unloading our stuff we decided to make dinner. Absolutely no pots, pans, silverware etc. Condo was filthy. Had to rewash all blankets and covers before sleeping on bed. Had to sweep and clean floors and wipe down countertops as they were completely filthy. Owner left...

Conveniently located next to the elevators (which was perfect for my disabled wife) and they accept service animals along with a nice dog relief area located just outside the main lobby entrance which was very nice. Only lost 1 star rating due to the facts that there were limited cleaning supplies for use during the stay (no broom or dustpan, no vacuum, no mop, and only 1...

"Condo was dirty and uncared for. We took pictures of the dirty vents, floors, moldy washing machine and dilapidated shower tap. I had to argue for a partial refund for hours in order to find new accommodations. It was a terrible first impression of Arizona. We paid for an early check in and had to request the code for the condo several times before receiving the proper code."

"Great property. Know that it is a residence building and there isn’t access like a traditional apartment. Walk and getting in and out wouldn’t be easy with lots of bags. And not easy if you want to go in and out with a car regularly. Otherwise unit was comfortable and well maintained. Roof top deck is a nice plus 😉"

"Loved the downtown location, and the building and apartment were very nice. The included linens and dishes were basic, but sufficient. Included soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We would definitely stay here again."
