Villaer i Det nordcentrale Colorado

"The biggest disappointment (and there were several) was that the listing did not accurately convey the setting. The photos make the property appear much more private and scenic than it is. In reality, this is one side of a duplex with views of another duplex across a very un-scenic gulley, sitting on a very busy road. Traffic noise was loud enough to interrupt conversations while sitting outside, and headlights from passing vehicles shone into the master bedroom at night despite the window...

"The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The place was in a perfect location and beautiful views. I think the reason I am taking a 4/5 is because the house was not as clean as I would have expected and they had snacks in a basket for guest but they were expired in 2024, so a little bit more of attention to those details and this place would be a 5/5. "

"Awesome place to stay! Super clean with plenty of room for our party of 3. It’s a short walk into the RiNo neighborhood, and Ubers showed up quick every time. The rooftop on the third floor was perfect for morning coffee. Heads up: there are a lot of stairs up to the rooftop and the third bedroom haha. Dillon was super communicative the whole weekend, which made everything easy. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in town!"

"We were a party of three couples and everyone was extremely pleased with the condo. The condo was very clean. Kitchen equipped with everything you would need. Very quiet location let very close to a variety of dining options. Use of garage was a major plus for our four motorcycles. I highly recommend and we will Hope condo is available for our next trip."

"The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is easy to get to and convenient to everything. Parking was easy too. The hosting company was TERRIFIC. They made the experience effortless. We highly recommend! Amy & Mark"
