🔥 Cozy indoor fireplaces for relaxing nights
Each level of the condo has its own rustic stone gas fireplace for a relaxing movie night or cozying up together as you watch the snow fall outside during the winter.

The condo is equipped with central air conditioning (very rare for Estes Park) for comfort during warmer months and two cozy gas fireplaces, along with central heating, for ambiance and warmth when needed. Our adjustable thermostat lets you select the perfect temperature.

The entire downstairs level includes a comfortable King-size bed, cozy fireplace with a 50” TV, a large ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and your own private outdoor hot tub. We also provide organic bathroom products – including shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, and body lotion.

The interior of Alpine Haven is tastefully decorated with artwork and photos inspired by local attractions and the natural beauty of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Each piece tells a story of the region’s charm. Simply scan the QR code next to each picture to learn more about the location and the history behind it. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the main living area for 2 extra guests.

Dual Keurig coffee maker with grinder & fresh coffee beans. A selection of teas and K-cups are also included.
Slow cooker, blender, rice cooker, fully stocked spice rack, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, and Brita water filter.

Enjoy access to multiple streaming services, including Netflix, Amazon, and cable. 55” TV upstairs and a 50” TV in the master bedroom.

The main floor bedroom offers easy access, plenty of natural light, and inviting furnishings to make all guests feel at home. The main-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet, and access to the upstairs full bathroom. We also provide bathrobes in each bedroom.

🛏️ Downstairs Spacious Master Suite
The entire downstairs level includes a comfortable King-size bed, cozy fireplace with a 50” TV, a large ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and your own private outdoor hot tub. There is also a cozy reading area next to the fire with a selection of books.

The upstairs full bathroom includes a bathtub shower.
The downstairs ensuite includes a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi jet tub, and plenty of towels, make-up face cloths, and hairdryers.
Each shower is also equipped with Eskin showerheads for a pure water experience. We also include organic bathroom products, such as shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap.

In-unit laundry - NEW washer and dryer with plenty of detergent and dryer sheets, an iron/ironing board, and steamer.

👶 Kids and Baby equipment
Kid basics - Pack `n Play (with mattress and sheets), adjustable highchair, dinnerware, sippy cups, games, children’s books. Snowshoes, sleds, and pool floats are available for use.
