Yellow Bird-hjemmet ligger lige rundt om hjørnet fra en af de mest efterspurgte strandstrÌkninger i den indhegnede underafdeling af Destiny West. Dette storslüede hjem med 3 sovevÌrelser med 3 badevÌrelser kan prale af rummelige gürdhaveudgang, fra stuen og hvert sovevÌrelse. TankevÌkkende indrettet til at give dig privatliv i sovevÌrelset suiter, mens du stadig kan nyde tiden sammen i det store rum og screenet i verandaen. Dette elegante kyst hjem er perfekt til en stor familie eller to familier, der rejser sammen. Udlejning i højsÌsonen tages fra lørdag til lørdag.

Yellow Bird er et smukt hjem med en fantastisk beliggenhed! Din adgang til stranden er bekvemt placeret pü James Lee Park ved restauranten Crab Trap. Adgangen til stranden har et badehus med toiletter og brusere. Det er ogsü meget praktisk at gü op til strandbaren for en drink eller en hurtig bid og lade børnene nyde legepladsen ved stranden eller gü om natten og nyde spisestuen med en fantastisk udsigt! Desuden har kvarteret Destiny et fantastisk lysthus pü søen, perfekt til familiebilleder! Ogsü mindre end 2 miles fra Yellow Bird er Destin Commons udendørs indkøbscenter, biograf, onkel Bucks Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, Paula Deans og mange andre shopping- og spisemuligheder. Og hvis du ikke ønsker at forlade strandvejen til middag, har du nogle gode muligheder: Kenny D's, Captain Dave's, Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, 790 pü Golfen og Camille's. Uanset om du kommer til Destin for fiskeri, vandsport, golf eller bare for at slappe af pü stranden, har vi dig dÌkket. Yellow Bird er praktisk for alle.

Wonderful stay

We loved this house! It had a wonderful screened in porch out back to enjoy. The neighborhood pool area was beautiful. It was located in a very nice neighborhood!! Short walk over to the beach. We loved it!!

Great stay minor inconveniences

The place was beautiful, and it was just as it was described. The beach was right across the street, and our host quickly answered any questions. However, some inconveniences should be fixed for a perfect stay. First, the check-in was at 5 pm, and check-out was at 9 am. We were shocked at the time since 9 am is very early for the last morning, and most places usually allow the guests to check out at 11 am, but we assumed it was to give the cleaning crew enough time, which 5 pm was also the latest check-in time we've ever received. Nonetheless, we planned our drive to arrive a couple of hours before 5 pm; however, by 10:30 am, we received a message saying the place was ready to be checked in. Therefore, the times should be adjusted to begin and end the vacation more accommodatingly. Secondly, there were no spices available in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper, so if you plan on cooking anything, bring your own, or you'll have to run to the store. We didn't expect a treasure trove of spices, but at least the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. Third, we had a cockroach and a spider on our first night, and there were tiny black bugs, which can be assumed were ants, that would come out if any food or drinks were left out overnight.

Very nice home. Recommend giving guests access to garage. Great location, spacious home. No complaints other than garage access would have been nice during inclement weather.

Not what you would expect for the price

Let's start with the positive. Great floor plan, community pool and tennis courts are in excellent shape, right across the street from public beach access, and a central location for activities and dining. Massive negatives unfortunately. The kitchen was completely inadequate if you plan on cooking. Only 6 drinking glasses for home designate for 12, no cutting board, 2 trash bags for 5 nights, 1 dish towel, 1 small bottle (size of hotel shampoo) of dish soap for 5 nights. Overall maintenance not what you would expect from a million dollar home – 2 bedroom ceilings with cracks and water spots, upstairs master closet full of holes where wire shelving once was installed, upstairs master balcony door could not be unlocked, upstairs balcony table was rusted to the point of falling apart, and the dryer would not dry more than a few pieces of clothing at a time.

Destin stay for newlywed’s

The property was beautiful and perfect for for our family only with the house was that the dryer didn’t work even after someone came out to service it. And if you are an minority be careful some people aren’t polite happy about you being there the security guy thought my brother was lying about staying in the neighborhood even after he gave him the address and was taking pictures of him and some other black kids but overall the trip was great

Air conditioner did not work for all five nights we were there. We were hot at night sleeping and my 2 granddaughters were up before 6:00am each morning sweating in their bed. A/C Unit was 16 years old & had been serviced multiple times. It never worked from the day we arrived. Robert Stovall

Great location

Property managers responded efficiently to any needs or questions. Very comfortable home for family. Short walk to both pool and beach. Crab Trap restaurant across street was a great plus with play place on beach , good food and beautiful views.

Beautiful Home/Environment

The house was clean and well furnished. When we experienced issues/confusion, the management was very quick to respond and help us in whatever way possible. Everything worked like it should. Access to the pool was lovely for kids and adults alike. Overall a good stay.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation.

We had a nice time, but the fireplace did not work and we couldn't get the furnace to work until I realized the gas was off. The last evening the microwave stopped working.

great home and great location! the gated neighborhood was a great place to escape the hustle of destin. neighborhood was great for walking and biking. pool was great and the beach a very short walk. the house was bright, clean, and roomy!

The property location is fantastic...but that’s all...

We spend 5 days and is normally our family vacation, so we have kids and love to go and explore the places, we are very active, we took our kayaks, bikes, paddle board, all the toys we carry on the truck, the first night the neighborhood watch knock on the door at 9 pm and tell us to take the kayaks from the truck because one stupid rule...that’s okay...so we took the kayaks out and put in front of the garage behind the cars, second day he came again and gave us a warning, the kayaks could not be on the drive way, need to be out of site, another rule, we couldn’t use the garage because was locked by the owner storage his personal stuff, the third day, he knocked again, now the bikes (we have 6 bikes with us and one of the tires was visible from the street), and on the last night because of the early check out we have to load the kayaks back on the truck, 9 pm he came again. So if you have kids in your party that’s not a very friendly neighborhood. The house is old and can use some renovation, on the kitchen the dishwasher was walking by herself once you turn on, bathrooms are old. We expected a better cleaning specially because the previous rental wrote on the review and i send a note to the property to pay attention to the cleaning on this time of pandemic, and I don’t think it help , on top of the table the light was full of spider webs, on the hall, front entrance on the celling, hair on the floor and a lot of sand on the bathrooms. But the location was perfect. I always use this app to rent houses in Destin, never have a problem they have wonderful properties, but this time I do not recommend the Yellow bird house if you have kids and toys with you....neighborhood guys are not friendly at all and they are determined to ruin your vacation....

The beach was amazing

The house is cute but needs a power wash and have the bushes cut back a bit. There was hair in a lot of places, there was dust and cobwebs on light fixtures. There was suppose to be intense cleaning due to COVID-19 but I don’t feel like the cleaning fee is being used according. I was not pleased with the fact that the tv didn’t work in the master bedroom. Overall my family and I enjoyed our trip but the house for the money charged could have been much cleaner, newer appliances, and bigger TVs in the bedroom. Will be returning to Destin just not to stay in the Yellow house.

The check in and check out time is not great. We felt the walk to the beach and pool was longer than listed. The pool was small compared to neighborhood. We had to call management company several times because the fro t door either wouldn’t open or lock. The dishwasher Was not secure in the cabinet. The refrigerator would not cool even on the lowest setting. When reported I didn’t feel Like I was a priority. They “could not be in the house at the same time as us because of Covid” seemed to convenient of an excuse. For the price not really what we are used to or expected

Location, location, LOCATION!!

Yellowbird is the perfect home, layed out perfectly in an amazing location! Steps to the beach in a gated community and a 5 minute drive from any type of shopping and dining you can imagine! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay and plan on returning!

Clean house. Rooms are large. Comfortable bedding with plenty of extra blankets. Provided with nice towels and beach towels as well. Excellent television for football Saturday. Highly recommended. Thanks for the wine.
