Guests will have access to entire house and yard, except for the garage which is locked. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway, which is located right in front of the house on a quiet street for easy in and out.

Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. You are able to pick up/drop off a car from Denver International Airport and is much faster and easier than normal car rental companies.

》The city is also very cyclist friendly and, if you are interested in renting bicycles, let us know! We would be happy to provide a selection that fits perfectly for your group.
》We do recommend a car if you are planning on going to the mountains.

1. Parking: Driveway fits up to 3 cars/SUVs, with plenty of free street parking on 53rd Place.
2. Technology: Each bedroom has a smart TV. We provide USB-A charging ports, but please bring your own USB-C adapters if needed.
3. Ring Doorbell: For your safety, there is a Ring camera at the front entrance. This records audio and video of the entry only — no indoor spaces are monitored.
4. Smoking: Smoking is outdoors only.
5. Refunds: Any refunds will follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy. A processing fee (up to $150) may apply.
6. Guest Count: Sleeps up to 16 between bedrooms, sofas, and an air mattress
7. Pet fees cover shampooing of the rugs and mats, and removal of pet hair between guests. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. Please clean up after your pet.
8. While we do have regular pest control, you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects in/around the property.
