–Good to Know–
• No pets, parties, smoking, candles, or incense allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• This is not a party home — violations or neighbor complaints result in immediate eviction without refund
• Roof access is strictly prohibited for safety reasons
• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
• No pets, parties, candles, incense, or smoking on the property. The roof is also off-limits to guests as it is very dangerous. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
