We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Tucked into a peaceful neighborhood just south of Denver, this five-bedroom home is designed for gathering, relaxation, and everyday ease. With room for up to eight guests, two spacious living areas, and a fully fenced backyard, it offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Sleeping arrangements
The home provides five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms to ensure everyone has space to unwind. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Another king bedroom and a queen bedroom offer comfort on the same level. In the basement, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with both a queen and a twin bed - a flexible setup for families or larger groups. Each room includes fresh linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.

Kitchen & dining
At the heart of the home, the galley-style kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking. Whether preparing breakfast before a day of hiking or a holiday dinner with loved ones, everything you need is within easy reach. The adjoining dining space seats six and flows into the main living area, keeping everyone connected during meals and conversations.

Living spaces
Upstairs, the light-filled living room invites you to stream movies on the Smart TV or curl up with a book. Downstairs, the second lounge transforms into a lively game den with foosball, giant Connect 4, and another Smart TV - perfect for evenings in or rainy days. With two open-concept gathering areas, there’s always space to spread out or come together.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hotel-quality towels. A mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination makes it easy for groups to get ready without waiting.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
