One-of-a-Kind Romantic 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Apt. Located in Historic Landmark Mansion @Cheesman Park. Beautifully renovated, high ceilings, luxe finishes, with exceptionally spacious layout on 3 floors. Has 2 very large bedroom suites. And 2 full bathrooms (both have tub and shower). Also a 3rd smaller bedroom with a private balcony. Living / Dining great room is ideal for hanging out and lounging -- and has an extremely large flat screen smart TV. Each bedroom also has it's own large flat screen TV! + Our services are what you expect in top-tier hotels (housekeeping, catering). Eat-in Kitchen, and Wet Bar, with stovetop, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, & all essentials. We had an amazing experience at the Pineapple House. The property is stunning and exactly as described on the listing. Everything was impeccable and incredibly clean. It felt like a luxury hotel. Thoughtful touches were added all throughout the house, such as extra cozy blankets, comfy robes, extra memory foam pillows, the list goes on and on! It is in a great neighborhood, close by to many restaurants and attractions. Angela is an extremely thoughtful and gracious host and I truly appreciated her communication prior to and throughout our stay. I will absolutely stay here again if I am in Denver again and highly recommend to all!

Angela has done an amazing job renovating this property and making everything first class! There’s literally nothing she hasn’t thought of. I especially appreciated the quality blow dryers, the comfortable beds, the luxurious bedding, the extra pillows, the small fans (which we love for white noise) and the frother for our coffees! And she’s incredibly communicative and super friendly. The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s comfortable. It’s convenient (super short walk to the park and to fantastic ice cream at Liks!) It’s the total package. We will definitely hope to stay with her again whenever we’re in town. Thank you, Angela!

Gorgeous and Comfortable Property!

Love this Property and the Host!

We stayed here when in Denver for my son's wedding. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She communicated well and answered our questions quickly. The property is beautiful and well decorated as well as extremely clean. It is also spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed the area. Stay here. You will love it!

Wonderful place

We had a great time here at the Pineapple house. It was super clean without the smell of chemicals. We loved how close it is to several attractions. Angela is an extremely gratuitous host and was available to us whenever we needed.

Loved our stay at the Pineapple House!

The owner thought of everything and even put a few Christmas decorations up for us, including a Christmas tree. We had an amazing time! Beautiful, luxurious and well appointed.

Perfect House

My son and I stayed at this beautiful house during DU graduation weekend. The house offered all amenities of five star hotel. Host was attentive, gracious, and super helpful with any questions we had. Beds were super comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and beautifully designed with all amenities. We would for sure stay at Pineapple House again if visit Denver.

An amazing experience in the perfect place

The day we booked the property manager reached out to warn us about the stairs because she saw we have children. From that first thoughtfulness to the ease of check out, they met every need we had! They thought of everything and had it readily available. The house could not have been cleaner or higher quality! The neighborhood was quiet and full of nice people walking to and from Cheesman Park. Absolutely loved our stay!!

Stayed at the Pineapple house with all of my groomsmen for wedding at the botanic gardens. The host was super responsive, thorough, and thoughtful prior to check in and really made the whole experience just go super smoothly. They had even left a bottle of champagne for us since they knew we were here for a wedding. Overall just made us feel really special. I can’t speak highly enough about how amazing this Victorian-themed property is and how immaculately maintained and clean it was. Really felt like a 5-star hotel. Plenty of space for 6 people, and in a great part of town near many shops/restaurants and walking distance to Cheeseman park. Best VRBO experience ever, you NEED to stay at the pineapple house, you won’t regret it! :) thanks Angela!
