We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Four well-appointed bedrooms provide rest for up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own TV, while three additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed with soft linens and room-darkening shades. Extra pillows and blankets are on hand to make nights more comfortable.

Living spaces
An open-concept living area invites you to gather around the sectional sofa facing a 65" Smart TV. A second TV in one of the bedrooms provides flexibility, while fast Wi-Fi and an ethernet connection keep everyone connected. Board games are available for cozy evenings, and portable fans, heating, and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and all the cookware needed for preparing meals. A refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, and hot water kettle are ready for use, along with cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker and provided coffee make mornings easy, and the dining table seats six for shared meals.

Bathrooms
Two updated full bathrooms feature glass-enclosed showers, hot water, and generous vanity space. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, fresh towels, and cleaning products are provided, making it simple to get ready for the day or wind down in the evening.

Practical comforts
For longer stays, you will find an in-unit washer and dryer, iron, clothing storage, and hangers. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included. Safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place for peace of mind.

Outdoor living and parking
Though set within East Denver, the home rests on an expansive one-acre lot with a circular driveway and ample parking. Outdoor furniture offers a spot to relax in the fresh air. Guests have the convenience of a private entrance with keypad self check-in, along with free parking on site and on the street.

Family and pets
This pet-friendly property welcomes four-legged companions, with assistance animals always allowed. Families will appreciate a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, room-darkening shades, and babysitter recommendations to make the stay easier.

Neighborhood
Located in East Denver, the home offers a balance of accessibility and retreat. Cherry Creek State Park is just a short drive, while downtown Denver, the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, the Botanic Gardens, and cultural landmarks are all within reach. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.

Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.

Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the upper unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles.
