SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety, cameras are installed outside the property, monitoring all entrances. These monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your full privacy.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash or service the hot tub. They won’t enter the home. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
