Entrance: This is at the front door. You have to open the storm door to locate the passcode lock. Use the unique passcode to open the door.
Guests can enjoy the rooms and also a backyard with table chairs. Get togethers are OK during the weekend. this is a very quiet neighborhood so guests must be cognizant about this. This may not be suitable for very loud music indoors.
Laundry is on the first floor.
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and 2 car driveway parking. Please indicate how many cars your group has. You have to open the garage once you are inside the home. No remote garage door opener will be provided.
Please keep the garage door closed when not in use as rodents, critters, bugs etc. could enter the building
Free street parking is available.
Pets: 2 Pets are allowed with an added fee.
The carpets and area rugs are light in color, so please ensure your shoes are clean before walking on them, or kindly remove your shoes when possible.
There are solar lights installed in the backyard—please take care to avoid damaging them while enjoying the outdoor space.

House Rules:
While booking, please add a brief note about the purpose of the visit and confirm that you read all the house rules.
1. Quiet hours: Between 10 PM and AM. This is a residential neighborhood so please considerate to the neighbors and reduce the noise levels outdoors and indoors.
2. Based on past experiences, we do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If your group is 21 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.
3. Locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent locals from using our residence as a party house.
4. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation, and you may be asked to provide valid, government issued photo ID before check in.
5. No smoking inside the building and balconies: you can smoke 10 feet away from the building. Drugs are strictly prohibited. There should be no smell of weed Cannabis anywhere on the property. If smoking is done inside the building or there is smell of weed Cannabis anywhere on the property, then there is a fine of $500 and termination of your reservation.
6. Trash: If you are staying longer then you can throw the trash into the large trash bin located next to the left most garage. The ones with yellow lids are for recyclables and the one with black lids are for trash.
7. Toiletries: We have provided enough for an average stay so if you do run out feel free to visit one of the recommended grocery stores in the recommendation book.
8. Pets: Please include the pet during reservation. Pets are not allowed to use the furniture, bed and blankets in the unit. Bring your own pet bed and blanket.
9. The carpets and area rugs are light in color, so please ensure your shoes are clean before walking on them, or kindly remove your shoes when possible.
10. Staying with Children: Please ensure that they do not draw pictures on the wall or spill any ink on the carpet or any other furniture. Bring your own drawing book. If there are ink stains anywhere, then extra cleaning fee will be applied. If they play with the toys and read children's books, then please ensure that they are all back to its basket. We have had situations where the children pack the toys/ books and take it with them. It had to be mailed back to me. Children play with remotes and misplace them so please ensure the remotes are back at their place where you found them when you checked in.
11. If you are planning to have a get together party, then please inform me before the booking. There is a refundable deposit of $300. This will be refunded after you checkout. Very loud music will not be allowed. We have had issues with some loud parties in the past where the guest played loud music past midnight and between 2 AM to 3 AM. If you receive a message to lower the volume then you must comply. Lower the volume during quiet hours. Failure to inform us about your party in advance or not lowering the volume when you receive a message from me will lead to termination of your reservation.
12. Barbeque Grill Usage:: A grate cleaning brush is provided on the grill or inside the bottom cabinet of the grill. Before checkout, please brush and clean the grill grates only. Please note that the cleaning fee included with your reservation does not cover grill cleaning. If the grates are not cleaned after use, a $20 fee will apply, which is the amount charged to us by the cleaning company.
13. Please do not use any candles with open flames while inside the property during your stay.

15. Arapahoe County (including Centennial, CO) Burn Ban As of April 2026, Arapahoe County, including Centennial, is operating under strict, possibly Stage 2, fire restrictions, prohibiting most open burning due to high fire danger. Only gas-fueled appliances that can be turned off are typically allowed. Residents should check the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office for daily updates.
Key 2026 Burn Ban Information: -- Current Status: A Stage 2 Burn Ban was noted in reports from late April 2026, meaning most outdoor fires are banned, including charcoal and wood. -- Allowed Activities: Generally, propane/LP/natural gas grills and fire pits are permitted as they can be shut off.
