"4 dejlige nætter på HI NY hostel. Det er rigtig rart med gardinerne som kan trækkes for sengene. Der var pænt og rent, meget værdi for pengene. Der er skabe til at låse sin kuffert ind i men man skal selv huske en lås. Det kunne have været rart at kunne åbne et vindue for at lufte ud, men det kunne vinduerne ikke. Baderummene og toiletterne fungerer super og der var nok til at man aldrig stod i kø. "

"I was a bit hesitant to book a shared space since this was a first for me however, the experience was great Cleanliness and security were excellent. Location good for a easy transit to Manhattan. My only concern is that if my roommate had not been as clean and did not abide to the rules, it could’ve been a lot different. Also, they now listing this as a mixed dorm and as a female, I’m not comfortable with that it was listed as a female women only dorm when I booked"

"It was only for a Night, because i had to chance from Newark to jfk. On first glanse the neigbourhood could Seem a bit sketchy if you arrive after sunset. But there are great eating relatively nearby - and the helpfull staff are more than helpfull! They even gave a tour around the hostel upon arrival! The subway is not too far away."

"The "included" breakfast was not at all a breakfast, but just some bagles, marmelade, and a cup of tea you can pick up in the basemant... All the doors in the hostel get stuck, and are difficult to open.. When I wanted to bring up my "breakfast" from the basement to the common room, I managed to spill all the scolding hot tea and marmelade all over myself, because of the bad condition of the doors and the inconvenience of the situation."
