"Very beautiful House with enough space for us and our three children. Everything was very uncomplicated and smooth. We enjoyed the house and landscape very much. The streets to get there are a competition but you get used to it. Nice Host, Thanks for the hospitality!"

"Das Häuschen war absolut angemessen für vier Personen, prima ausgestattet, ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Man sieht es auf dem Foto nicht, aber es gibt Grünflächen, auch mit Baumbestand, so dass man auch draußen ganz gut sitzen kann. Zwei Campingstühle sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist prima, um die Umgebung zu erkunden; Städtchen, Strand, Klippenwanderung alles gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!"

"Had a really comfortable stay, chalet was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Location was perfect for getting about every where we wanted and Dartmouth harbour was 7 mins away in the car. My only criticism and it’s not really of any concern is that the outside lacks curb appeal and gives you a wrong first impression as the inside is fine for what it is."

"Very happy with our chalet the only problem we had was connecting to the internet but that was soon sorted via messaging our host. Possibly it might have been nice for a little tray of teabags coffee n long life milk to have been supplied for a cuppa after our long journey but other than that all good."

"We were welcomed by a very friendly smiley and extremely helpful young man named Josh. Nothing was too much of a problem for him."

"Overall, we had a relatively seamless and happy stay at this house and enjoyed our time on the south coast. The house is beautifully furnished, if a little tired in places. We had an issue with the hot water on arrival but the property managing company were efficient and communicative and the problem was quickly resolved. Unfortunately, this did leave us to discover that the security camera that is positioned over the patio and hot tub was streaming to a laptop inside the locked boiler cabinet....

"A really lovely place to escape the busyness of life. Quiet and no light pollution, we had amazing nights sleeps! Nicely kitted out property, we loved relaxing in the gorgeous lounge. Imagine it would be even nicer in summer! Hot tub was great though we could have done with a bit more information on how to use it more efficiently. A couple of towelling robes would have been a nice addition too! Overall a really great experience."

"Beautiful modern house with excellent views and location. Loved the funky decor with Mexican twists and ercol furniture. My only complaint was there are no curtains. While the views into the Dart are just stunning - I do like a dark room at night and found it difficult to sleep without being able to block out the lights coming in. Otherwise we all loved it - plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax."

"We really enjoyed the lovely and quite place.There was mostly everything .Bathroom ,shower cabin was big enough.Dartmouth port and ferry was only 10mins by car.Car park on line or call.You neex to have enough changed .Unfortunately you can use contactless.Lots of shops and Restaurant aroundPlace is big enough for a family.The only bunk bed can be change for a double or a normal bunk bed.We spends a lively family time.Thank you"
