"If you are looking for just beach and no crowds this is the place!!! No fuss with parking and just a walk across the road for the beach:) Plus a designated crosswalk with lights. If you don’t want beach there’s a wading pool to hang out just steps from the door. Garage well equipped with beach wagons, chairs and toys. With a kayak & canoe available to go paddle 100feet from door. Couple of bikes. Or you can go hiking just a mile away at Fresh Pond. Nice shaded trails for the dog. Watch out for...

"We have stayed here 3 years. Great host. Great location. Love that the pool is across the street. Plenty of parking. Stocked with amenities."

"We had an amazing stay at this beach house and would absolutely book it again! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bay for kayaking, the docks for crabbing, and plenty to do nearby. It was wonderful to come back and relax in such a welcoming home. One of the biggest reasons we chose this property...

"We had a wonderful 4 day stay at this beautiful home. The hostess thought of everything. The home was spacious for our family, with inside and outside accommodations. We really had a wonderful time!!The hostess was so easy to work with and offered us early check-in and later check-out, if we needed it. Thank you Katie. "

"First the good: It was very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient. Quick drive to the beach, but away from the noise and crowds. Could be walkable/bikeable, but not really a great walkway/trail to do that. We did not use the shuttle to the beach, or the beautiful clubhouse/pool, etc., as we did not stay for 7 days. I'm sure those were all great. Really nice yard/patio. We did not use the hot tub. What could be improved: Wifi was not great. We all used our own hotspots. ...

"Clean and convenient. Great location directly in between OC and Rehoboth."

"I was in Bethany for work with 2 colleagues and this was a fantastic place for an overnight. Susan was super responsive and very helpful. It is definitely a place we would come back to in the future."
