The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"

"The house was immaculate and well maintained. The sleeping arrangement of the bedrooms proved ideal for early risers on the first floor and late sleepers on the second. The upstairs entertainment area provided a comfortable refuge from the bustle of the first floor open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, enabling cooking and baking for a birthday celebration. Both the owner and the guest contact were readily available and responded to any questions immediately....

"We were pleasantly surprised with this wonderful vacation home since there were not a lot of reviews when we booked it. We had 12 people and it was so nice that everyone had a bed. The house is much bigger than it looks with lots of living space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of, and there was an extra supply of detergent and some other items that you sometimes luck into but do not always know if they will be there (although this is not advertised or...
