I had an issue with our bathroom/closet door-maintenance immediately came up and fixed it. Myesha (front desk attendant) stood out- she was friendly, helpful, & professional at all times. "

However, the parking is limited so you need to be careful where you park. On the sides you can but be careful not to park within the Hilton or The Main Event. Otherwise, bye bye car........"

"I booked a room as a last resort due to airport delays and rainstorm. It was a late check in with 2 small children in the rain. The kind lady got me checked in with a free room upgrade. The hotel from the outside is tidy and quiet. The room was clean kept and no bugs in site. The sleep was uninterrupted and quiet. "

"The staff is always great. This is the fifth time I have stayed at this property. I'm from Oklahoma and I fly out from DFW Airport. I leave my car at the property and use the shuttle. When I return, I call the property and they dispatch a shuttle to pick me up from the airport This has always worked really well and smoothly."

"Fine place to stay close to the airport. But don't expect to be able to walk anywhere from the hotel. There are things close by but it is not possible to walk anywhere - there are no sidewalks and even if you risk walking on the road you won't get far as the roads end in bridges or hight differences in the terrain where you cannot walk or cross. There are free shuttle bus ever 20 minutes though."
