"First off I love the fact that every room is different well every studio or apartment is completely different I have stayed in a few and they where all different style wise. They where all very well kept and it's not a big place which makes it even better. It was quite and the people that I had seen where very polite and you don't see that very often at places around here! They where helpful when it came to not charging a resort fee if you stayed in the same room. Only thing I didn't like is...

"We stayed during the holidays and had a nice time. The overall property shows signs of basic deferred maintenance and the colors and design of this room was a uninspired, but its well equipped and spacious. Can't beat the views! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick this property again. We prefer a place with walkable food options and this property is great for that. The attached Ocean Walk Shoppes are nice and some of the best birria tacos we've ever had are there."

"Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place."

"This is a well maintained and clean condo. Everything you could need is there. The owner was easy to reach when necessary & quickly responded. We stayed for 6 weeks and really didn't mind the construction much; and we look forward to coming again!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!"

Only one working elevator but there wasn't long wait times, so not a deal breaker for my stay. Condo smelled of mildew or some sort of oder. "Its a very nice condo. It is on the second floor so while you can see the ocean the dunes block your view of the beach. The master bedroom windows won't open so you cant fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves with the windows open. They appered to have screws in them to block you from opening them and enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo association is quite strict with a lot of rules. Nice pools and amenities. Beautiful beach."

"Although the resort itself is undergoing repairs from hurricane damage and all amenities are shut down, the unit we rented was impeccable! Angie and Greg were very gracious hosts, ensuring the check-in/check out process went smoothly. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Unit is a very short walk to beach. Due to hurricane damage and subsequent rebuild, a small detour to the beach is handy and close. Traveling as a couple, this place had it all for us: one bedroom, two beds, two baths, living area open with full kitchen. All clean! We’ll be back!"

"When we checked in the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest so we had to spend our first night in a different unit. The unit is nice and as described and pictured the only thing that would be nice is if there was a place for hanging garments as the closet is locked. The amenities of the building itself are non existent everything was closed for repairs which was disappointing."

"I was totally wowed by this VRBO condo! Check in and arrival was a breeze. Place was super clean and spacious. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Pool and Ormond beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The owner supplied beach towels, bath towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and most all toiletries you would need for a beach visit! I really appreciated that all the rooms had fans to keep me cool. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this VRBO and would definitely love to come back!...

"The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat."
