You had your daily Room charge & Resort fee, which is standard cost of stay & you opted for Valet parking for both nights of your stay. You made a few purchases at our outlets (bar & cafe) and had them charged towards your reservation by providing them your room #. OceanVIEW rooms which is the type you booked are located on the North or South side of the building and are a partial view of the ocean which faces East. The correct view to reserve when you want a direct full overlook of the Atlantic Ocean is called OceanFRONT. We would love for you to come back soon and to see the difference :)

Thanks!". We responded 2 minutes later Fri, May 3 10:33 AM "Hello, thank you for your request! Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and we cannot guarantee an early check-in. However, if a room is ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to check you in at that time. Any reservations checked in before 4:00 pm on the day of arrival are subject to an Early Arrival fee.
