"Loved the facilities and hotel. Very quiet and convenient. Our keys never worked either a card and digital key. We went multiple times to ask for keys and got replacements. On Sat. night, late, approx. 1 am, we needed new keys again and had to wait over 25 min. at the front desk for an employee. We even knowing on the office for behind the main desk.
