The price wasn’t terrible, but I’m afraid the service was… I booked online, nowhere did it give me the option to let them know I had pets, just that they were pet friendly. I booked. We got in late due to traveling across country. The gentlemen at the counter was very “barking” with all the information he needed. I let that go. Got our key and he wanted to verify that our keys worked and opened our door. It did, then we brought our dogs out and he might as well yelled at us for having them. Had to pay which I told him wasn’t an issue, but he acted like we were trying to sneak our pets passed him and came out yelling. Asked us to check the tv, it didn’t turn on at all, which I let him know wasn’t a problem,, we just need A place to sleep. He refused to leave the room. Tried everything to get the tv to turn on. I had to tell him to leave the room and take the remote with him. It was just weird and a bit uncomfortable. The room itself was ok. Funky smell because they still have “smoking” rooms to book and all that just travels thru the vents so you can smell everything. Overall the communication with your customers could be much more cordial. But probably wouldn’t recommend you, sorry
