Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance.

Game, Art & Music Rooms:** Enjoy creative and recreational spaces, including a pool table. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends).

🔑 Pre-Check-In: Complete our pre-check-in form to receive your smart lock access code and digital house guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.



📞 Guest Support: Our team is available 24/7 via phone and Airbnb messaging. Please contact us directly with any questions or requests. Building staff are unable to assist with reservations or guest support.



⏰ Check-In & Special Requests: Early check-in, late check-out, a Pack 'n Play, or an air mattress may be available upon request, subject to availability. A second air mattress is available for $35 per night.



🚗 Parking: One complimentary valet parking space is included for one standard-sized vehicle. Valet cannot accommodate oversized trucks, vans, motorcycles, lifted vehicles, or commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs or designed for 15+ passengers). Additional parking may be available upon request. Free street parking is available after 6:00 PM Monday–Saturday and all day Sunday, where permitted.
