"Located in Cumbres, not far from airport. Things quite new and shopping opposite. Unfortunately kitchen utensils were banned due to covid, so 3 weeks in selfcatering unit was a waste of time. Just inform people before booking.

Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"

La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado lo cual es indispensable para quienes no estamos acostumbrados al calor de Cancún, no tiene pantalla pero en mi caso no fue necesaria, la cama es cómoda.
