Welcome to The Tree Top Chalet! Come to relax and get away in this serene mountain home where you will be surrounded by forest vibes. Kick back amongst the canopy of trees and experience the restorative nature of the woods.

Just a short drive from LA and OC, it’s the perfect spot for fun times with family and friends! If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature, you’ve found it so let us host you at The Tree Top Chalet!

No need to worry about a babysitter—bring the whole family along! We have a pack and play, baby gate, and high chair ready for you.

Bathroom Perks:
Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner—so no need to pack it! Available for you to freshen up after a day at the beach on the lake or slopes alike.

We have two dedicated workspaces, each with a large monitor to easily connect your laptop (cables provided upon request). Remote workers are warmly welcomed and encouraged to enjoy their workdays with stunning forest views. With ultra-fast WiFi throughout the house, you can even take meetings out on the deck and soak up the fresh air!

Guest access
Guests have full access to all indoor spaces, and the deck. A keypad on the front door allows for easy self check-in and check-out, and we’ll provide you with a unique access code before your arrival.

Other things to note
The driveway is on a slight incline and can fit up to 4 parked cars (a rarity in the mountains). Please do your best to squeeze in and avoid street parking. Guests must be able to navigate going up and down stairs to access this home. Unfortunately it is not ADA accessible.

- We want you to have fun, but please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoid outdoor speakers. Please be considerate of the quiet calm of the neighborhood, especially between 9 PM and 10 AM.

- Smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors due to the high fire risk. Any evidence of smoking may result in a fine. Rule violations are subject to fines issued by San Bernardino County, starting at a minimum of $1,000, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

- Your safety is important to us. A Ring doorbell is located at the door, along with an exterior security camera that faces the driveway.

Cancellation Policy:
**Please note that winter weather, road conditions, high wind events, power outages, or Edison public safety power shutoffs—events that are out of our control—do not qualify for reservation cancellations, or refunds. However, we are happy to assist you in rescheduling your stay.**

**Please take a moment to review your booking cancellation policy, as refunds are only provided within its guidelines. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds outside of this policy.**

SNOW SEASON REMINDERS:
The Tree Top Chalet is located on a street that is plowed by the county. Please remember to check weather conditions and CalTrans updates before your arrival. On occasion, depending on inclement weather and road conditions, CalTrans may mandate tire chains, and driving up the mountain may be restricted without them. There are checkpoints along the road where assistance with chain installation is available for a fee.

* We have snow shovels for the driveway
* Salt for de-icing walkways and stairways is also available for you to use during your stay
* If you’d like extra snow shoveling or snow-blowing services, we’re happy to coordinate them at an additional cost—just let us know!
