"The room is small but homey and quaint. The location is perfect. There's a view of the lake across the street with activities all around. It's pet-friendly with a dog park and another pet-friendly lake access just on the other side of the lake. But the best part of our stay was the owner. His friendly engagement and help with his guests makes it feel like family. We loved it and can't wait to visit again! "

"The room #8 I stayed in was very large and clean. I loved the wooden ceiling with the beams running across and the string lights on it. Also the fireplace. Right next to a thrift shop, a small market, and a lot of food. No complaints, everything was smooth"

The room had a real kitchenette including a stove and oven, sink and basic dishes and pans. I didn’t use the stove/oven this time but will the next time!

"We always book here when we visit some family for gatherings and it always very clean, safe, easy to check in. I like that they have security and have to scan to get into the hotel with key if it’s late at night.

Reservation online & all communication, which was great, was through texts, to include room number & access code. Housekeeping staff was friendly & helpful. Only recommendation would be for better signage. Finding the Tavern easy, little mor of a challenge initially locating the room."
