"Beautiful location and well appointed home! No detail was lacking. We enjoyed our stay so much."

"The location was amazing and the property had so many amenities that we enjoyed. My daughter and i love to cook and so we cooked every day for 11 people. The kitchen was substantial and well supplied. There is a fire pit that we used several nights as well, and the property is sufficiently remote that we could gaze at the stars. The town is reasonably close as are innumerable wineries, creameries, farm stands, and so on. "

"We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch! "

"This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!"

"What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance!We can’t wait to come back! "

"Lovely house with plenty of space for a family. Location was great to downtown Ithaca and to explore the waterfalls and lakes. The S’mores and campfire was a nice touch!"

"We really liked the place and enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for a couples getaway. "

"We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. "

"Nice location across from Taughannock Falls State Park and 10-20 min away from Ithaca attractions. Full kitchen and beautiful tables both inside and out made eating in worth it! Plenty of games and toys to provide toddlers with entertainment. The hosts were very pleasant and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns we had! "

"The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations."
