The food choices were also great, being open to trying new things is key! The drinks were amazing, nothing was watered down like at other locations."

The only negative thing I have to say was all the seaweed on the shore of the beach. It was so much even at the beginning of the water when you first go in, I tried to get past it but I couldn’t. "One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. "The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again.
