"This is a great value B and B. Although over a pub and close to a main road, very quiet. The pub serves good pub meals, reasonably priced and the staff are very cheerfull. Breakfast was good and the rooms are pleasantly decorated and clean. A great place to stop if you are in the area. The atmousphere in the pub was freindly but not in anyway rowdy. "

"Quiet location no breakfast but it is a motel and the pub next door don’t do breakfast so come prepared other than that the room and bathroom are bigger than most and it it was so clean and comfortable, bed is massive and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Pub staff very polite and helpful. But book a table as it’s very busy. "

"From the time we arrived until we checked out, Sue, Clive and the rest of the wonderful people at the Bull Inn were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, we had one evening meal and 2 breakfasts. Would stay again if in the area. "

"Lovely stay. Stayed here for the May bank holiday last year when visiting family and had to make a fleeting visit this time so had no second thoughts about staying here. I think it will be a regular stay for any future visits too. "

"Starting with the positives: the room was lovely, large, well appointed and furnished to high standard, large bathroom with bath and shower.
BUT if you are staying on a weekend or the night before a Public holiday be prepared for the pub to be packed and the music to be loud. We could easily hear music and voices from the bar in our room, and it wasn’t just in the background. We complained and the music did get turned down which also meant the voices weren’t as loud, but we still had to sleep...
