"Rooms were disgusting. ALL of the towels provided (even replacements) smelled weird and were yellowish. Fire alarms kept going off during our stay. At one point within three hours of our stay, the alarm went off 7 times!! The alarms continued into the next day. They did not have room keys available. ..."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia at Harbison, SC
"This was the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The place was dirty. The room was dirty, the floor needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped, the 2nd floor hallway needed to be vacuumed, there was trash all around the property, and the place smelled like they were smoking pot ..."

"My first experience staying here, I had issues with the room. But the staff was so helpful that I gave it a second chance. I’m glad that I did. I didn’t have any issues the second time around. And the staff was super friendly. Especially our front desk greeter (I think his name was Eric)."
