Alpehytter i Coleford

"I was in a single room, basic but clean. The hotel does need a refresh, and that is planned for next year. There is a gym guests can use, and spa treatments are also available (payable) in the Serenity Suite, a separate business on site. Staff were welcoming and very helpful."

"Et hyggeligt og rart sted at bo med meget venlige og hjælpsomme værtsfolk"

"Beautiful setting right on the river with a very friendly staff team and clean and well appointed rooms. It’s not luxurious but everything is thought through and it’s clean. Mattress on the bed was a bit worn - I could feel the springs a bit, so that could do with a replacement but it was a generally really comfortable and relaxed stay. Food was very good - very nice cooked breakfast and I had one evening meal which was very generous. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and the staff...

"Great welcome easy check in and friendly team 😁. We arrived late after a long drive - the venue is an old pub with rooms. We navigated our way to the top floor room. As we arrived Halloween weekend we thought the dust and cobwebs in the room were part of the theme. 👻 The carpet around the bed and doors hadn’t been hoovered for months. A layer of dust was on all the light fittings and cobwebs everywhere - bed and pillows weren’t great and we could hear the noise from the high street, boy...

"Wonderful accommodations in a most beautiful part of our world. The building is very old and this is not perfect. For us it was perfect. An excellent breakfast each morning and dinner and pints in the evening. Plenty to see nearby. We look forward to visiting again."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Ann & Baratt were great hosts. Good location for visiting Monmouth."

"Greatest hotel to stay in"

"Personalet var fantastiske og mega god service. Maden var god. Kunne dog godt tænke mig at der var bruser uden badekar, da det var glat at stå i. Det stod der dog på et skilt. "

"Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok."

"Ikke noget specielt men rent og med de nødvendige faciliteter, som man kunne få brug for. Det er dog et helt umuligt sted at bo uden en bil."

"Ideal for Chepstow racecourse. Not much else about the area without walking or taxis. On checki the weirdest thing happened they wouldn’t take payment and told me was a,ready paid for. Rooms we had were small but the bed was comfy. Rooms ok some could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast is ok I’m fussy about food so didn’t eat a lot just toast and coffee but the others in my party had the full English not so sure about paying extra for an extra sausage etc. hotel was very noisy on the Saturday...

"Fantastisk beliggenhed og smukke bygninger. God morgenmad og meget hjælpsomt personale. Pænt omend lidt støvet værelse, der blev ulideligt varmt uden mulighed for udluftning eller nedkøling - den udleverede gulvfane hjalp ikke. Det betød at al ophold i længere tid på værelset var ubehageligt og søvnkvaliteten var i bund."

"All good"

"Gode værelser, ligger godt og centralt uden støj. Morgenmaden var rigtig god"
