"Very nice hotel - friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Great gym and pool. Location not so great"

"They were very nice and welcoming. The property was clean and our room was cleaned everyday. Everyone always smiled and greeted us. Would def stay here again!"

"The room no clean smoke bad"

"The bed sheets were ripped, there were bugs, and the pillowcase was stained. The room also had a noticeable humidity problem. Since there was construction going on, there was dust all over the place, which made the environment even less comfortable. Overall, I didn’t find it to be a very suitable or comfortable environment, especially for female guests. Considering the condition of the accommodation, I don’t think the price is worth it. "Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

"Thank you very much for having us."

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...

"Our room was large, bright, and perfectly clean n the comfortable bed had lots of pillows. There were plenty of Excursiones available for exploring Punta Cana in the surrounding areas. We took a buggy tour and had an amazing time discovering beautiful places away from the resort."

"I loved the peaceful tropical atmosphere of this hotel. Being so close to the beach and surrounded by great cafés, bars, and restaurants makes the location unbeatable. The kitchenette and reliable internet are perfect for longer stays."
