Flot og indbydende
Hotellet er elegant, komfortabelt og rent. Værelset var pænt stort og alt fungerede godt, både wifi og aircondition osv. Alt så nyt og pænt ud. I receptionen talte de udmærket engelsk. Morgenmaden var lidt under den kvalitet vi er vant til, men der var alt hvad man plejer at finde: kaffe, juice, youghurt, müsli, brød, smør, ost og lune retter.

Dejligt ophold i Cluj
Cluj har udviklet sig til en livlig by med masser af kultur, resturanter og skønne cafeer. Der er masser at se og opleve i byen. Hotellet ligger centralt og er et dejligt hotel med god service. Vi fik ydermere morgenmad to go da vi tjekkede ud kl 4 om morgenen. Flot service.

Even though the property was located in a lovely location, sadly one thing that bothered the most. The toilet seat was installed improperly that our stay was ruined by it! Sadly, we couldn't use the toilet effectively!

Mixed Experience with Great Potential I recently stayed at Beyfin and overall, my experience was positive, albeit with a notable hiccup. The hotel boasts a great location, offering a lovely view and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. However, an issue with the breakfast service left a significant blemish on an otherwise enjoyable stay. The hotel failed to communicate that breakfast on Sundays is served only until 10 AM. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this timing upon check-in. When I inquired about having breakfast at 10 AM, I was met with a firm "NO" from the staff, which I found to be quite unprofessional. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing, especially considering that my suite was supposed to include breakfast. As a result, I had to seek breakfast outside the hotel, which was an inconvenience and not in line with the expectations set by the accommodation. Despite this setback, the hotel itself is commendable. The property offers a great ambiance and a beautiful view, adding to the overall experience. The cleanliness of the facilities was also noteworthy and contributed to a comfortable and pleasant stay. In conclusion, while the hotel has many positive attributes, the issue with the breakfast service detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit. I hope that the hotel management addresses this concern to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Hotel très central d'où on visite CLUJ à pied de là. Il y a un parking pour 12 € / nuit qu'il faut réserver avant. Chambre très correcte. buffet au pt déjeuner aux produits de qualité très moyenne (on a trouvé bien mieux ailleurs). Sinon chambre sur l'arrière au calme (la notre avait un petit balcon sympa au 5eme étage)

The hotel has a very central location with walking distance to most everything. The standard is good. The breakfast, on the other hand, is miserable considering that it is a four-star hotel. I would like to stay at the hotel again, but without ordering breakfast.

Excellent stay.
I stayed one night at this property before a very early flight. Easy check in and out, excellent room, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Right in the city center, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Very professional and friendly people at the front desk. They arranged for a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend this property when visiting Cluj Napoca.

Pretty, clean and excellent located hotel near all attraction and quick walking distance to the center. Rooms are modern and newly remodeled. Breakfast was included and choices were many, greasy and tasty.Shuttle to airport for a fee. Will definitely stay here again.
