"An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service in Every Way!
My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding.
One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded for the entire two weeks to the Rooftop Pool Master Suite. This wonderful gesture made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciated the hotel's generosity and attention to our comfort....

"We stayed at Nueva Vida de Ramiro in feb 2026. We had an absolutely wonderfull time. We stayed in the "Hechizo luna master suite" wich is really wonderfull. Giant room with beutiful cieling and unobstructed view to the see.
The garden around the hotel i lovely with sand all over. Tulum has lot of up-scale expensive resorts, this is much more tranquil and nice. The beach is very nice - some sargassum, but that is the same problem everywhere. It was no problem when we stayed. We would love to come...

The sea was a bit rough, and it’s about 4 kilometers from the next beach, so bear that in mind if you book. Punta piedra is quieter, which is both good and bad. :)"

"Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them...

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...
