"I would definitely stay with Claudio again! He went out of his way to accommodate my arrival time as well as assisting me to get to the airport at the end of my stay, very early, by navigating me through the city's water busses and having a taxi waiting for me at the drop off. He also was essential to help me through the city and had great recommendations provided for food, travel, and shopping. I could not have appreciated him more! The room was very spacious with a large private bathroom. It...

"Absolutely impeccable - from service, to room standard, to breakfast / restaurants"

"The room was clean. It was a good size. We did not choose the canal view. Our view was of the back which was okay. The front desk staff Alvise and Vanni were helpful and kind. Anne was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was okay, some hot food and selection of breads, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh squeezed juices. Amenities: robes, slippers and goid toiletries. You can order drinks but no restaurant in the hotel but a short walk to a lot of restaurants. There is a rooftop to hang out. Hotel...

"A nice but old and work out hotel. Perfect location, nice staff and friend waiters. The rooms are outdated, lights were flashing, a bad smell etc. This was a luxury hotel 15 years ago. But time stod still…."

"It's very good Standard hotel option. Manager helped me arrange a wonderful single room even I made mistake for booking. Room is very good size and wonderful design, super clean inside. Very quality standard place. Only the aircondition sound quite challenging for me which I don't have aircondition in Denmark and I'm quite used to quite and living house. But I think it's not hotel fault. It is really very hot in Venice right moment. It is nice to have cold air after Long Day walk around. And...

Man kunne høre naboerne lidt for tydeligt.

Komme sehr gerne wieder!"

"Unforgettable experience in the beautiful and amazing apartment."

"Nice, cosy and in a nice area of the town "

"Great communication from booking until leaving. Small hotel (only 8 rooms) but centrally located to many attractions and water taxi stations. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
