Et helt ok hotel kun morgen maden kun ikke være meget dårligere og parkering venter længe på bilen samt meget dyrt. Meget dårlig isoleret så kold room

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry you had to wait to get your car out of the valet parking. If you did not want to pay our cost of $52/night for parking there were other options that we had at the front desk. We do hope that you let maintenance know that your room was cold so that we were given the chance to correct that issue

The room is dirty and the bathroom smells like sewage. The smell ligers into toe room. We have to use deodorant spray to kill the smell and keep the washroom door closed. Parking is $50 a day and there is no breakfast included. We were here 4 day and 3 night and they cleaned the room once and we had to ask for towels. When they cleaned the room, they did not empty garbage bins. I would not come here again.

Had to change room ___ , from King size bed to a Queen ? Second room noisy from out side cars . ( Upgrade ? ( more windows microwave )) ? Someone entered the room 2 times that was not requested . The first time in the afternoon first day. The second time in the morning with the quiet ( do not enter) sign on the door the second day?

Excelente el servicio de la recepción, me atendió Brenda y fue excelente sus recomendaciones y servicios. Hay valet parking por un monto conveniente,pague el desayuno que es un desayuno completo en el restaurante del hotel y estaba muy bien. Hay una panadería en el lobby espectacular, el área es excelente y la ubicación en el corazón de la Michigan Ave, hay de todo. Me encantó y volveré.

Best Western-Grant Park and the most friendly staff on call most of the times. I did interact with one or two not so friendly members. But everyone else helpful and sweet which out weighed the others

The location was great - close to the red, green, and orange lines and various buses on State Street and Michigan Avenue. I heard no noise from the hall. The noise from outside was buffered by the running the room fan. All staff I interacted with were delightful. My only complaint was that they shut off our water one night without any advance notice and didn't give us any water to use for drinking or brushing teeth, etc. I felt like that could have been dealt with better but the other days were perfect.

Very run down location which is a shame because the location is so perfect. Grant park is across the street and near the loop for easy walking.

Nice hotel. Small rooms but very nice. Staff was nice. Eight minute drive to the convention center which was nice. Easy drive to get to the hotel. Parking each night thru the hotel is an ADDITIONAL $50. Or that’s just normal for hotels in Chicago ? Got a $70 ticket during my time checking in to the hotel. Maybe it’s just a learning curve staying in Chicago.
