"This place was 100% exactly as I pictured it would be. --Friendly people -Safe -Relaxing -Comfortable -Kayaking when I wanted -Fishing when my husband wanted Nicole was extremely quick at responding to any questions that we had. Our flight got cancelled on way out, not getting us in until 3am. Nicole messaged to check in on us and then told us she left the lights on for us so we could easily check in. "Very convenient stay for 6 adults in town for a concert of bank of America stadium. Easy walk, felt safe and nice not to have the hassle of parking for a venue at the stadium. Definitely would stay again if the right venue presented itself again in Charlotte."

Also super glad that I could make a quick walk to the cvs that’s located really close by along with a Dunkin to get coffee! The place was comfy and provided everything needed and that was listed. Definitely recommend and will book again next time I come to Charlotte!"

"Upon arrival they gave us the wrong code to get in the Apartment. Not very clean at all, pictures not the same as it is actually. Black towels in bathrooms so obviously they weren’t sanitized from prior uses. HUGE problem the parking you must have a pass in the window or park in visitor parking which there is only 4 at the complex they were all full it wasn’t disclosed that we need to drive around into a back parking lot for more visitor parking. "Our Charlotte VRBO stay was pleasant. Great communication with the property manager. Our unit was switched , which was great to have a comfortable king size bed. The unit was well equipped. Perfect for traveling business individuals in the area."
