Peaceful & Clean Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel

This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. There is no interaction with the main house. The suite has an adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is so amazingly comfortable! The bed has white cotton sheets with laundered duvet cover. Suite also has an electric fireplace. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has two rattan chairs for relaxing Bose cd radio and a 40" Smart TV. Please see photos to see all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with your stay here.... Our guests have full use private use of the lake dock, fire pit and seasonal beach area. The home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. The dock sits on water that is 25+ feet deep. A perfect location to fish. We have have fishing poles available in the garage free to use. The boat docking always has deep water and the dock has electrical outlets for charging fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, small propane grill, mini fridge, WIFI mesh router, and a bluetooth speaker that will play your favorite music from your phone. This is great to enjoy year round rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. The street is a beautiful paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! We provide floats, cooler, lifejackets, two kayaks and 2 paddle boards at no charge. Unfortunately we do not allow the boat ramp at the property to be used to load and unload boats. There are two public ramps just a few miles away. Pinnacle Access and McCrary / Queens Landing access. I am happy to help with a ride to and from your vehicle. You are welcome to relax in the lounge chairs on the boat ramp/beach. Please note in our house rules…. We do have a guest limit of two registered guests as this is for peaceful getaways. You can have drop offs and pick ups from friends or food delivery. But the suite and the lakefront are limited in use to just the two registered guests. Due to the fact we have two Golden Retrievers we do not allow pets. Although the suite is pet free for those with allergies. There is no surcharges for anything or any hidden fees. There is a very reasonable $20 cleaning fee included in your booking. There is also a great parking area for guests that overlooks the lake and plenty of room for boat trailers.
We do rely on this rental as personal income. VRBO will give refunds up to two weeks prior to check in. I would highly recommend purchasing insurance as we do not offer refunds or schedule changes within the 2 weeks prior to check in.
