"Friendly staff , house and property very well kept ,Some signs of aging and usage on the furniture but completely acceptable , me and the kids loved the home and the common areas , pool and water slides lazy river all a huge plus .Definitely will return next year . Only hiccup , but it’s normal are the line ups to actually get into the community (the gates ) Midnight took almost 45 min because one of the gates weren’t working , it happens ."

"16 of us stayed in the house…..it was amazing. Lots of room, everything we needed. House was very clean.Property manager was amazing and replied to questions immediately It was cold when we were in Orlando and thankfully there was enough to do in the house to occupy 9 17-22 year olds. Highly recommend "
