"The unit was as described in the listing. It was perfect for overnight stay downtown within walking distance of Dr. Philips Center. Beds were very comfortable and coffee was provided for our morning wake up. Our host was easy to get ahold of when I had issues with the shower. That was the only downside. "10/10 the cottage was cozy and clean. We had five adults and slept very comfortably. The queen size bunk beds are perfect! They even have a door to have privacy in the bunks. Our two dogs were more than comfortable. There is no grass on property, but there’s grassy areas near by. Our neighbors in the house out front were very nice and we didn’t cross paths much.
