"There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. "We stayed for 4 nights at the Inn On the Avenue and had a lovely stay. Our hostess, Carol, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Starfish Room, and the room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Breakfast was also delicious - pancakes with a delicious array of toppings and then a rotating main dish. The B&B is located in the heart of the Flagler District, near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach."

"Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. "
