"The property was unique and quaint. Great location for surrounding things. The karaoke at night was awesome!!!! The only downsides we had were the noise at night. Some guests just were not honoring the noise ordinance. So bring a noise machine. Also the front desk service is lackluster. No greeting, just staring at you like you’re inconveniencing her. This stood out for us because service everywhere else was exceptional!"

"We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight."

"wouldnt stay again. not a good hotel for kids. no tv in the room. also paper thin walls kept us awake. staff is great but the building is falling apart. Our room was so slanted my baby could barely keep her balance."

"Very pleasant staff. Everyone was cheerful and made you feel welcomed. We made reservations for dinner in the bar area which was suggested by the staff and it turned out to be very nice.A great place for couples, not so much for families with young children. If you want a romantic get away , this is the place to go."
