"The place is modern, gorgeous and comfortable. We stayed when it was pouring rain and could not have had a better time. Each room is better than the next and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fireplace does not work, but when we brought that to the attention of the management company, they replied immediately and we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!"

"Fantastic week in Avalon! Loved "living in the neighborhood." Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming from the very beginning - not just after they realized we were quiet and respectful guests. Loved the outdoor living spaces with incredible views. Jetted tub in bay window looking at the ocean didn't hurt either. =) No problems whatsoever and owner responded immediately to all my questions. Certainly hope to return to Catalina Island someday and would definitely rent this property again....

"The house was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults / 3 kids.) Very clean with nice minimalist decor, and multiple smart TVs. Appreciated the convenient location near Vons for groceries, and the playground for the kids. One drawback is that there's no dining room/table. We would have spent more time eating outdoors on the upper deck if it was easier to get up there (narrow windy outdoor staircase). Overall though it was great, and we had a wonderful stay! "My family traveled to Catalina on the tail end of a long vacation. The charm of this house is one of a kind and the location was absolutely perfect! We did not cook but if we did it had everything needed to do so. The beds were so comfortable with grey linens and warm blankets. We relaxed in the evenings watching tv in the living room after fun filled adventures on the island. I’ve already began planning our next stay, hoping it’s available."

"This older home had an awesome location just a few blocks off the main strip. The house is very big with lots of amazing outdoor space. The house was musty when we got there so we opened the windows and that helped. I recommend leaving a window or two open when you go into town as the smell returns when the house is closed up. "We stayed 4 nights. The view from patio was the best. Kitchen is well stocked and top of the line appliances. Lots of space for families/couples. TV upstairs and downstairs is great for families with kids. Short walk to downtown area. Up hill walk home but definitely worth the view."

"The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful.
