"We absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautiful and came with a golf cart, which was definitely a necessity for getting around easily. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the hosts was quick and easy the whole time. The view of the water was stunning, such a peaceful spot to relax. The only issue we ran into was the Wi-Fi being a little spotty, but everything else made up for it. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We fell in love with the view. Enjoyed the two patios and the master bedroom was spacious. It was a perfect setting for our group of five. "Stayed for six nights as a family of five with three young kids. We loved this space! Beds for all of us (littlest slept on the murphy pull down bed in the living room), and woke up each morning with the sun. Views cannot be beat and windows everywhere give you a view of the whole town. We enjoyed watching boats come into the harbor each morning while we sipped our coffee. We had everything we needed to make simple meals, but some of the kitchen knives and pots and pans could use updating....

"The view was absolutely stunning! There was a lot of room as well. Simple check in and check out. No issues with property managers. Issue with the golf cart so they reimbursed for taxis which was amazing! Highly recommend! "

"This is our fourth time staying at this property and it never disappoints. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the location could not be better. The working wood-burning fireplace added extra ambience and allowed us to enjoy our evenings cozied up with a great book. We will continue to book this house again it again every time we visit the island."

"This property was perched atop a VERY steep hill but had some spectacular views. We enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was a total savior with how hilly everything was. The rental said it slept 8 but we didn’t realize until we got there that they had an air mattress there. We brought our own just in case but we’re happy to see it was provided. Opening the windows let in the most beautiful breeze. We all slept great and couldn’t wait to return after dinner and hang out together in the living...

"Our visit to Avalon to attend the Catalina Island Conservancy Ball was a great success due to our stay here. Great location, easy walk everywhere. Good communications, property worked well for our purposes, will stay here again if available."
