"It was a very lovely experience with pleasant staff, and they provided transportation to the center of the island and back to the hotel. There is a restaurant right at the hotel where the food is truly delicious—authentic Mexican cuisine—and the service is exceptional. ☺️"
"at check in i smelled musty dirty air. We paid top dollar and still had roof top views. Room was clean but carpet s were dirty. Found dead bugs on the sheets. Maybe dirty from prior customers. Rooms smelled like sewer backup. Great location from everything. Never will i stay and pay the price we paid."
