"We had a nice stay here! As we were checking in a lot of people came afterwards and a second customer service rep would have been ideal. The bartender, Manoj, was great! Wonderful customer service and made you feel welcome! Shuttle service was wonderful, very nice staff!!"

"Hotellet havde en fantastisk service. Lige fra man træder ud af bilen ved hotellet er de meget hjælpsomme med alt. Tjek-in gik stærkt og alt personalet er meget hjælpsomme og høflige. Selve værelset var fint rent og pænt. Det var stort nok det til man skulle bruge, og deres aircondicition var ikke larmende som vi ellers har oplevet på andre hoteller. Hotellet ligger ca 2 blokke fra Central Park og med kort afstand til metro, så man nemt kunne komme rundt i byen. "
