"The house was clean and well supplied with essentials. Beds were comfortable and instructions for use of TV was clear. The rooms are a decent size. Plenty of hangers, towels, bedding, paper products were available. Dishes and kitchenware was all in excellent condition.House is set back from roadway so it is a peaceful setting.I would return again!"

"We had a nice stay in Patchogue while visiting friends and family during spring break. The house has all that you would expect - toiletries, kitchen tools and supplies. Very close to Main Street Patchogue and a variety of delicious restaurants."

"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"
