Villa Blue Marlin is located off Veterans Parkway in the heart of Cape Coral.

The newly furnished house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a beautiful living room overlooking the canal, which is as big as a lake, invites you to spend a relaxing vacation with the family.

The neighborhood is a quiet, upper-middle-range residential area, so perfect for a wonderful vacation in Cape Coral. Another advantage of the excellent location is the proximity to one of the best supermarkets in the city.

The large pool area offers plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sun and then cool off in the pool, which can be heated electrically if desired.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 25 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Please note there is a security doorbell camera located at the front door.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
