I recently stayed at your resort and, unfortunately, had multiple disappointing experiences that affected the quality of my stay.
Most significantly, the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire duration of our stay. The resort smells of mildew. Despite reporting it, no effective solution was provided. The room was uncomfortable, especially in the heat, and it made it very difficult to relax or sleep.
Additionally, we had a frustrating experiences at Score and Hunter Restaurant. We waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal, with no communication or apology from the staff at both restaurants. When the food finally arrived at Hunter it was lukewarm and not up to standard. In an all-inclusive resort, we expected a higher level of service and quality, and unfortunately, this was not delivered. At Score, our orders were taken and we waited over an hour for nothing, not even a beverage, we just left in disappointment.
Given these issues particularly the lack of air conditioning I’m requesting a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced during our stay. I hope you will take this seriously, as these problems significantly impacted our vacation. We were celebrating our god son’s birthday and this was my son’s first time in Mexico. I could go on and on..
