Important Note: In this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, we strive to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties and loud noise/music at night are not allowed.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

It is located in a building shared with 3 other apartments. It is located in front of a busy street, there may be noise from cars, pets or from the neighbors.



The "Donceles" is located on one side of Puerto Cancun, it is an old area that is being renovated, do not be fooled by appearances, there may be old houses but it is a good area to walk, you can see murals by artists from the area, learn about local life and find public transportation.



Getting Around:

To facilitate your arrival and mobility, here is some information regarding nearby transportation options. While having a car is convenient, the apartment is located in an area that allows easy access to public transport.



To reach Cancun International Airport, you can take a taxi or use private shuttle services, with an estimated travel time of approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. You may also consider using local buses, which offer an affordable alternative for getting around the city.



Regarding parking, the apartment features a garage for your convenience.



Additionally, we encourage you to explore the area by bicycle or on foot, as the beach is just a short distance away.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
