Beautiful place to stay, I got the room with the beach balcony view. Not to far from places I went to such as entertainment restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Terrible place to stay ! The room is dirty. A strong bad smell just to walk inside the room. Probably using a bad cleaning products. The floor always wet and sticky. Food is limited and doesn't taste good. People are not friendly and no transportation supported at all.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We decided not to do the all inclusive option, and it worked out great. The food was not that great at the hotel, but we were able to get food from near by restaurants. The city bus was a dollar and it took us straight to the restaurants about a mile away. Plus there is a convenience store right at the entrance of the hotel for food and snacks.

The front desk was giving poorly help to be able to change the kind of reservation from european to an all inclusive. People needs to be more careful to pick the all inclusive hotels due that not all are really full inclusive.

Dear Marcela.Thank you for your preference for Emporio Cancún.The front desk know exactly how to do that, I am not sure what came on the middle of that.On the other hand we will review with our sales team about how we are detailing the all inclusive services.Not everythin in a resort is included in this tyoe os services, such services as Spa, Medical Services, Transportation, De Luxe bottles or drinks.They are always with an extra charge.Warm greetings from Cancún!

Beautiful property, very clean with several pools and activities throughout the day. Our kids especially loved the kids pool with water slides. The property was also walking distance to a small ruin site that was fun and informative to walk through. We will definitely be staying here again during future trips to Cancun!

Ocean view two queen bed was really spectacular . The view of Atlantic Ocean is beautiful and really blue-green . It was a relaxing room. The breakfast Buffet which was my choice of inclusive dining, was so abundant , delicious , they had a la carte, tacos , championados , etc in which we never had in Los Angeles US . And to experience an authentic Eastern Mexican delicacy ( breakfast food ) is a rarity and an enjoyment for my whole family . And the restaurant was so close to the ocean that you can Feel the Breeze and calm wind of the ocean on a beautiful morning. It just completes your day , at that moment. I love Birria ! The food was so good. The staff are so helpful , they immediately replaced my fridge when I found out, it was not cooling enough. So responsive , I like that! Also , I booked my Xcaret and Xplor excursions right at the hotel, you don’t need to do it in advance one week before , I booked my excursions , that morning , the day before and the following day, they were booked .Then I did Fuego Xplor , then the next day , Xcaret ! Overall , the hotel Is recommendable . Also , there is a CANCUN sigh near hotel shoreline, I like that. The hotel has so many swimming pools ! The hotel is so clean and pleasant ! Overall ! I recommend it to every vacationer out there. We Love Emporio!

The service of the employees ia bad rooms are moldy. They take more money for everythin even for a chair in the swimming pool i recommend never going there.

Buffet-sucked… money was STOLEN out of my room and house cleaning denied it… brush up on your Spanish doesn’t cater to English speakers everything posted is in Spanish… Staff were friendly in the restaurants and bar area… needs better entertainment… make sure to book proper transportation they have no shuttles…drinks were watered down… rooms are cool kept the AC on… overall 6/10 but has a lot of potential

Honestly I loved staying here. Such a nice place with friendly staff. If I needed anything they were right on it! Our ac wasn’t working when we got there & they fixed it in a timely manner and were super friendly about it. They have clean pools & just overall great amenities. COME HERE you won’t regret it!!

Service wasnt great, rooms were not comfortable bedding was extremely stiff. Our balcony window was completely white from inside the glass that you couldnt even see out of it. And the bathroom stall leaked water everywhere.

Limited food options on resort, stood here as a partial honey moon really just got away for some rest can’t complain about the room. I was taken back by staffing when getting drinks at the pool bar to checking out. When I was checking out I had arrived in the lobby in the check out line at 10am there were other arrival's that were prioritize. Was checked out until 10:40 my scheduled driver was waiting for 10 minutes. Also left pool cards that I didn’t use in room got charged 50 dollars. I’m sure this is just one of a few experiences.

Los comentarios de nuestros huéspedes son muy importantes para nosotros ya que gracias a ellos podemos mejorar nuestros productos y servicios.Hemos estado remodelando el hotel desde ya hace 9 años, aún tenemos tres proyectos que llevar a cabo para dejar nivelada nuestra oferta con restaurantes con mobiliario nuevo y, también una Recepción acorde al resto del hotel.
