Nestled in the heart of Cancun, casa madre offers the perfect blend of nature and luxury. You'll feel immediately relaxed and at ease.

Located just a 20-minute walk from the nearest beach and Marina Puerto Cancun—home to a variety of restaurants, shops, and a mall—the villa provides easy access to the best of both Cancun’s downtown and the famous hotel zone.

The villa accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups looking for a private, peaceful retreat.

The main suite sleeps 2 guests (king size bed).
The second suite sleeps 3 guests (queen size bed, 1 single bed).
The third room sleeps 2 guests (2 single beds).
The fourth room on the fourth floor sleeps 2-4 guests (2 twin beds).
We have up to three extra beds that can be added to the game room downstairs upon request.

This is a gated community. Access to the condominium's pool is not permitted.
The house has a private pool that is not heated and doesn't have any jets.
You can park right in from of the house.
You can walk (1 minute) to the famous bike path and public park. It's a great place to walk, run, play, and a 20 min walk to Puerto Cancun, with restaurants and Marian Puerto Cancun mall, an amazing open mall with tons of shops and restaurants.
Closest public beach is Playa las Perlas.
Other public beaches are easily accesible by bus, or you can hire public transportation with us to take the ferry, catamaran, or any other tour!

You will enter the house with a code and we will not be there to greet you. We are available over the app, whatsaap, phone if needed. If you need our presence, someone from our team will be there.

You can walk to many places in downtown Cancun, like for example Marina Puerto Cancun, Plaza de Toros and Plaza Las Americas..
If you like to work out, the bike path is a 3 minute walk from the house.
You can also take a bus to the hotel zone. The bus stop is 5 minutes away from the house.

This house is exclusively for vacation rentals. We have chefs, mixologists, transportation, massages, and all you may need for an incredible vacation!

RULES OF USE
The main guest mandatorily needs to stay at casa madre, sign the Agreement and be the responsible point of contact.
Main Guest must send all IDs and a list with the names of the guests that will stay at the house at time of booking.
Visitors are not allowed in the condominium.
Parties, musical groups, DJ's are not allowed.
Access to the condominium pool is not allowed.
We will send you check in info 2 days prior to your arrival. When you arrive to the condominium, please sign the check in format with security and you will be given bracelets to carry during your stay.
The main guest must submit a valid ID and full guest list, as required by the HOA.
All registered guests will receive wristbands, which must be worn at all times during the stay.
No parties, DJs, or live music are allowed.
Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted in the condominium.
Check-in instructions will be sent 2 days before arrival.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
